What to Bring
Each scout needs to bring their own water rocket. Don’t worry, it’s just a two liter soda bottle. The scout can modify the bottle, if desired, by adding tail fins, a hose cone, etc., but do not penetrate or puncture the bottle. Water and compressed air are used to propel the rocket. Limit the propulsion chamber to a single two liter bottle. For more information, do a GOOGLE search on ‘water rocket’. Due to time restrictions, the scout needs to modify the bottle prior to field day (the scout may want to bring an unmodified soda bottle for a backup).
